KTR Capital purchases 182k s.f. building in I-55 Corridor

Terry Grapenthin and Josh Hearne of Cawley Chicago Real Estate represented KTR Capital Partners on its purchase of 605 Territorial Drive in Bolingbrook, Ill.
KTR purchased this 182,400-square-foot building from BPG Properties in March 2011. At the time of sale the property was 50 percent leased and currently offers two contiguous units of 40,181 square feet and 48,101 square feet for lease that can be combined for a total of 88,282 square feet available square feet.
The building offers 30′ clear heights, heavy parking, loading and power, flexible office options and air conditioned warehouse space. KTR will begin some immediate upgrades to the facility including a completely re-painted exterior. The location is easily accessible from I-55, situated between Weber Rd and Route 53.
