Dow AgroSciences to lease 35,000 square feet at research center in Indiana

Dow AgroSciences recently signed a lease with Portage, Ind.-based Holladay Properties to rent 35,000 square feet at the Innovation Center, a Holladay/Purdue Research Foundation joint venture in the Purdue Research Park.

The building,located in West LaFayette, Ind., will serve as the new home of Dow AgroSciences’ Seed Quality Control Lab, which is relocating from its current location in Iowa.

Dow AgroSciences expects to move into the new space after construction wraps up in the fall of this year.

Larry Mudd of Holladay Properties and David Hodde of the Purdue Research Foundation negotiated the deal on behalf of the building owners.
