Jones Lang LaSalle scored a significant victory this year when it was named the exclusive leasing agent for the largest distribution center in all of Indiana.
Jones Lang LaSalle will now seek tenants to fill the vacant 925,800-square-foot building in Plainfield. About two miles west of Indianapolis, the bulk warehouse/distribution center sits on a 59-acre site.
Jake Sturman, senior vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, will handle leasing duties at the center for the building’s owner, Boston-based Cabot Properties.
The distribution center features 28-foot ceilings, 73 dock doors, four drive-in doors and a 20,000-square-foot office space.
