CB Richard Ellis closes several lease deals in Missouri

The St. Louis office of CB Richard Ellis recently closed several transactions in Missouri.
Trip Hardin from the office represented Rosenblum, Schwartz, Rogers & Glass in its leasing of 4,235 square feet of office space in Clayton, Mo., from landlord Clayton Central Investors.
Mark Palmer and Jeff Kaiser represented KBS II Pierre Laclede Center in its renewal of a 12,885-square-foot office lease at Pierre Laclede Center II, also in Clayton, with tenant Stone, Leyton & Gershman.
Palmer and Kaiser also represented Tower Properties in its leasing of 2,422 square feet of office space in Clayton to tenant Kagan Law Firm.
Don Woehle represented Flatness, Lutz & Associates in the renewal of a 4,723-square-foot office lease in St. Louis with tenant the St. Louis Minority Business Council.
