EnTrust Realty Advisors, LLC, and Alter 360° have completed the disposition of the 83,600-square-foot Davies Molding industrial building, located at 350 Kehoe Boulevard in Carol Stream, Ill.
The seller is The Alter Group, and the purchaser is Oakbrook, Ill-based CenterPoint Properties.
The building, which occupies a 4.7-acre site, is 100 percent occupied by Davies Molding, LLC, a division of Pettibone, LLC, (an affiliate of The Heico Companies).
Davies Molding has occupied the building, which was developed by The Alter Group in 1978, since 1990. The building is 28 miles from downtown Chicago and 20 miles from O’Hare International Airport. The East-West Tollway (I-88) is three miles to the south; I-290 is three miles to the north; and the North-South Tollway is four miles to the east.
Although the building is primarily used for manufacturing, it has the ability to support warehousing and high-pile racking with its 20-foot clear ceiling height, four loading docks, and two drive-in doors. The building is 93 percent warehouse and seven percent office.
As an affiliate of The Alter Group, EnTrust Realty Advisors, LLC, specializes in the disposition and recapitalization of investment real estate through direct sales, joint ventures and structured financing.
Alter 360° is a turnkey real estate brokerage company representing small- to medium-sized business owners and private building investors and owners.
