NAI Farbman closes six office transactions in Michigan

Southfield, Mich.-based NAI Farbman, bucking the down commercial real estate market, recently closed six office transactions in Michigan.
Sheila Fogerty, of NAI Farbman, represented Bingham Office LLC in the lease of 3,873 square feet to Improvement Path Systems, Inc. in Bingham Farms. Fogerty also represented Bingham Office LLC in the lease of 5,000 square feet to Outside Hub, Inc., also in Bingham Farms.
NAI Farbman agent Lesley Gutman represented LOP III HOlding Company in the lease of 7,206 square feet to lpswitch, Inc. in Livonia. Gutman also represented Riverside Center Acquisition in the lease of 18,036 square feet to Epsilon Data Management in Southfield.
Jeffrey Cavazos of NAI Farbman represented Eugene Gargaro in the lease of 12,500 square feet to Advantage Health Centers in Detroit. Laney Cavazos represented Genesys Health Systems in the sale of 23,918 square feet to PBSC Properties, LLC in Lapeer.
