Weber Wood Medinger, Cassidy Turley team up to sell 206,000-square-foot industrial building in Ohio

Cleveland’s Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International in late February completed the sale of a 206,000-square-foot industrial building in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
The company closed the deal on behalf of TRW Automotive.
Brett Morgan Holdings will lease the entire building to PACS Industries, a long-time Mount Vernon employer.
James Klements, of Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International, together with Mike Hurd, of Cassidy Turley in Columbus, Ohio, represented TRW Automotive in the sale negotiations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
