CB Richard Ellis negotiates sale

CB Richard Ellis’ Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented Glentronics in the sale of 640 Heathrow Drive, Lincolnshire, Ill.
Dynomax purchased the 40,009-square-foot industrial building for an undisclosed price. Asking price was $2,650,000.
Located within the Lincolnshire Business Center in the South Lake County industrial submarket, 640 Heathrow Drive is a full leased, 40,009-square-foot industrial warehouse building built in 1988. Building features include four interior loading docks and 3,781 square feet of office space.
Patrick Shannon of Darwin Realty represented the purchaser in the transaction.
