Marcus & Millichap attracts multiple offers for office property in Missouri

It’s still possible, even in this down real estate market, to attract multiple buyers for high-quality commercial real estate. Just ask Marcus & Millichap.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold a more than 17,000-square-foot single-tenant net-leased property in Chesterfield, Mo.

Zane Whiteley, an office and industrial investment specialist in the company’s St. Louis office, marketed the property, the Edison Professional Center, on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

The property generated multiple offers from both local and national buyers. It ultimately sold for more than $200 a square foot.
