Friedman negotiates lease for auto repair business in Michigan

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Real Estate Group recently negotiated the lease of 6,455 square feet of industrial space located at 13365 Nine Mile Road in Warren, Mich.
The Landlord, Lacaria Building Co, Inc., leased the space to Steve’s Collision, an auto repair facility that will be relocating its business to this new facility. Al Ellis of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
