The Zacher Company stays busy with industrial moves in Indiana

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based The Zacher Company has enjoyed a busy fall so far when it comes to industrial deals.

The company, for instance, recently helped facilitate the lease of a 347,000-square-foot industrial building in Howe, Ind., by Therma-Tru Corp.

John Adams of The Zacher Company represented the tenant. Steven Zacher and J. Mark Ulrich, also of The Zacher Company, represented the landlord, Walton CWIN North State 95 LLC.

The company also recently handled the sale of a pair of industrial buildings totalling 180,289 square feet in Ashley, Ind., to Shoemaker Properties. The properties, both located in Fort Wayne, Ind., were owned by Bio-Lab, Inc. Steven Zacher represented the seller, while Karl Behrens, with BND Commercial, represented the buyer.
