NAI DESCO completes several transactions in St. Louis area

St. Louis-based NAI DESCO recently closed several deals in the St. Louis area.
John Shuff and Peter Sheahan of NAI DESCO represented the owners of The Shoppes at Tallbrooke, Tallbrooke Des Peres LLC, in the lease of 3,915 square feet of retail space in Des Peres, Mo., to Lulu Belle’s Inc., a fabric, furniture and gift shop with two locations in St. Louis.
Gary Essman of NAI DESCO represented the owners of Washington Square Shopping Center, Market Place Phase II Development LC, in the lease of 3,210 square feet of retail space in Washington, Mo., to L&F Specialty Food, an organic Amish grocery store.
Essman also represented the owners of Washington Square Shopping Center, Market Place Phase II Development LC, in the lease of 3,222 square feet of retail space in Washington to Household Sales & Leasing, Inc., a rent-to-own store.
