CB Richard Ellis helps bring Panda Express to Milwaukee

CB Richard Ellis recently assisted Panda Express in securing a new location in Milwaukee.
Panda Express will be opening at 1210 Miller Park Way, a 3,035-square-foot restaurant that was previously occupied by Boston Market. Panda Express expects to open in the Milwaukee location Dec. 15.
Panda Express is the fastest-growing Chinese restaurant chain in North America. The chain’s new Milwaukee location is in close proximity to Miller Park, Interstate-94 and numerous retailers.
