Indianapolis’ Kite Realty Group recently helped an Indiana restaurant lease new space.
Golden Apple Pancake House, working with Kite Realty Group, leased 3,240 square feet at the Beacon Hill shopping center in Crown Point, Ind.
Blake Beaver represented the landlord, KRG/I-65 Partners Beacon Hill, LLC.
