CB Richard Ellis recently assisted Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity in its lease of 34,550 square feet of industrial space at Wauwatosa Business Plaza in Wauwatosa, Wis. Trent Poole, Roger Siegel and Scott Furmanski from CB Richard Ellis’ Milwaukee office represented the tenant in this transaction.
Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity will be relocating its ReStore to this new location on Sept. 16. ReStore recycles donated building materials and sells them at a fraction of the retail price to the public. This service helped keep 730,000 pounds of trash out of landfills in 2009.
“ReStore is a great program for the community and the environment.” Poole said. “We were honored to assist Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity in finding new industrial space to accommodate their needs.”
