Colliers takes property management, leasing responsibilities for office tower in Ohio

Colliers International has taken over property management and leasing responsibilities for the 345,500-square-foot Class-A office tower located at 110 N. Main St. in downtown Dayton, Ohio.

Colliers’ services are contracted through C-III Asset Management, LLC. The property is 30-percent occupied. Major tenants inlcude Taft; Hollister; and Dunlevy, Mahan & Fury. 

“We’ve seen our management business increase exponentially over the past two years and look to continue to increase our Dayton presence,” said Paul Plattner, senior vice president for Cincinnati of Colliers International. “We look forward to expanding our relationship with C-III Asset Management in the Dayton market, and hope to help them bring life back to this significant asset.”
