Commercial real estate veteran John Harvey recently joined the staff at Cincinnati-based Q10 | Triad Capital Advisors as a commercial real estate analyst.
Harvey, who had been senior development analyst with Miller-Valentine Group, will be responsible for extensive financial analysis and document preparation to support initiatives required by the firm’s team of producers including dispositions/acquisitions, investor reporting, preparing financial statements, strategic planning, budgeting and various special projects.
Before joining Q10 | Triad Capital Advisors, Harvey provided Miller-Valentine Group with detailed analysis of investment opportunities for developments such as office, residential condominium and retail properties that ranged in construction costs from $2 million to $120 million.
Harvey led on-site coordination between development and construction teams to ensure proper functionality, and monitored project modifications, budgets and costs.
“Having a background in development has made for a seamless transition into commercial mortgage banking,” said Harvey. “Both industries require skill in financial analysis, problem solving and the ability to build relationships. I’m very excited to be at Triad with a great group of people who are willing to help foster my development in mortgage banking.”
