CBRE helps environmental firm move into suburban Chicago building

Garrett McKenzie Environmental recently signed a five-year lease for the entire 33,700-square-feet of space avaiable at 921 Sherwood Drive in Lake Bluff , Ill. The company took occupancy in its new location on Aug. 1.
CB Richard Ellis’ Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham were the sole brokers in the transaction.
A free-standing industrial warehouse building, 921 Sherwood Drive is located minutes from the full four-way interchange at Interstate-94/Route 60, Skokie Highway and the Interstate-94/Route 176 two-way interchange.
Building features include 7,360 square feet of office space, 18-foot ceiling heights and 50 surface parking spaces. The building is owned by CPIA, LLC.
