Industry pro joins staff at St. Louis office of Coldwell Banker Commercial

N. Nadine Boon recently joined the St. Louis-based brokerage division of Coldwell Banker Commercial as a vice president. She will handle general types of real estate including office, retail, industrial and land.
“We are very pleased to welcome Nadine to our company,” said Gregory Nooney Jr., managing principal. “She brings decades of expertise in economic development with her as well as a broad range of state and local government connections in addition to brokers, bankers and developers.”
Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Boon worked 16 years as director of economic development for the City of St. Charles, Mo. During her tenure with the city, she was instrumental in the construction of more than 8 million square feet of industrial and commercial space in the past decade. Boon developed the award-winning marketing campaign “St. Charles: The City That Works – For Business, For You,” and established the Regional Real Estate Brokers Breakfast & Briefing Tour.
