Darwin Realty announces industrial sale

Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has announced the sale of a 173,000-square-foot industrial building at 4201 Raymond Drive in Hillside, Ill., to Dynamic Manufacturing Corporation, a remanufacturer of torque converters and transmissions for the automotive industry.
Daniel A. Fanelli, principal, George J. Cibula, president and Anthony Leeds of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation represented the purchaser, Dynamic Manufacturing.
Justin Fierz and Brian Vanosky of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
Dynamic Manufacturing will use the building to consolidate some of their operation and keep other facilities available for different divisions of their operation.
