CB Richard Ellis announces industrial deal

CB Richard Ellis’ Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented CenterPoint Properties in a 59,981-square-foot lease at 1175 Lakeside Drive, Gurnee, Ill., to Select Marketing Solutions, Inc.
The company will take occupancy of the entire building this fall.
Located within the Grand Tri-State Business Park, 1175 Lakeside Drive is a Class A industrial building with 121 car parking and over 9,000 square feet of office space. Building features include 22’ clear and it is situated on 3.89 acres.
Doug Reed of HSA represented Select Marketing Solutions in the transaction.
