Brookfield, Wis.-based R.A. Smith National provided sitework engineering, surveying and landscape architectural services to Continental Properties for the redevelopment of an 11‑acre site for a new Pick ’n Save grocery store in the village of Menomonee Falls, Wis.

Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. will operate the new market.

The site was formerly home to a Sears Grand Store. The new Pick ’n Save store will replace an existing 46,000-square-foot Pick ’n Save located less than a quarter of a mile north in the North Pointe Shopping Centre along Appleton Avenue.

The new 103,228-square-foot Pick ’n Save opened its doors Aug. 28.
