Industry veteran joins commercial division at Omaha’s Seldin Company

Kevin Rhodes
Kevin Rhodes recently joined Omaha-based Seldin Company as senior vice president of commercial real estate services. Rhodes will lead the company’s growing commercial real estate services division.
A native of Lincoln, Neb., Rhodes received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Iowa in 1974. He earned a certificate of real estate and land use economics from the University of Nebraska-Omaha one year later.
Rhodes has since worked as a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska. He served as president of the Lincoln Board of Realtors in 1992, president of the Nebraska Realtors Association in 1996 and has been active on many other Realtor, local and state real estate committees.
