Inland Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. has announced the sale of 1 S 210 Summit Ave., a two-story, 17,000-square-foot office building in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. The property also features an 8,500-square-foot basement, an exterior truck dock and elevator access on all three levels.

Paul Montes, senior commercial broker, and Eric Spiess, sales associate, of Inland Real Estate Brokerage, represented both the purchasers and the seller, the North American Baptist Conference. The buyers, two practicing physicians, plan to convert the property to medical use.

“Oakbrook Terrace is a business-friendly community and this property, centrally located in the greater Oak Brook office market and in a highly-visible corner location, proved to be a great fit for the buyers, who plan to open new offices at the location,” Montes said. “This was an all-cash transaction. In addition, the seller plans to occupy a portion of the second-story of the building for a short term.”
