Titan Commercial closes Lakeview-area transaction in Chicago

Titan Commercial Principal Ben Rosenfield and Jared Fisher, senior associate, completed the sale of 3735 North Southport Avenue in Chicago.
Located in Lakeview, the freestanding 1,500-square-foot building was closed on August 17. Titan Commercial represented the seller of the property, which sold for more than $466 per square foot ($700,000) to an all-cash buyer. Sudler Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer in this transaction. The property was on the market for less than 90 days.
“The high dollar amount per square foot in such a short market time is a perfect example of the economy moving in a positive direction,” said Rosenfield.
