Cassidy team celebrates busy 45 days in Cincinnati area

Some commercial brokers are fighting through the challenging economy more successfully than are others. For an example, look to the industrial team of Tom McCormick and Ben McNab with the Cincinnati office of Cassidy Turley.
Cassidy Turley recently announced that McCormick and McNab completed three lease transactions for L. Ward Properties in the last 45 days. The transactions totaled nearly 40,000 square feet.
- Diversified Design Dynamics leased 10,812 square feet of industrial space in Hamilton, Ohio.
- JNJ Distributors leased 18,000 square feet of industrial space in West Chester, Ohio.
- DDA, Inc. leased 8,500 square feet of industrial space in Cincinnati.
