Goodman brings sandwich shop to new location in Cleveland

Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Lyndhurst , Ohio , recently completed a lease to Mr. Hero at the Buckeye Plaza retail center in Cleveland.
Mr. Hero first opened its doors in 1965 on Cleveland ‘ s west side. Today, the fast-food franchised restaurant chain has spread to more than 80 locations throughout all of Northeast Ohio as well as the markets of Akron, Toledo and Columbus.
Goodman Real Estate Services Group is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in marketing or acquiring real estate for its clients. Philip Grassie, associate of Goodman Real Estate Services Group, represented the landlord in this transaction.
