NAI DESCO facilitates 77,000-square-foot industrial sale in St. Louis area

David Gannon of St. Louis-based NAI DESCO recently represented the seller, LK Drive, LLC, in the sale of a 77,000-square-foot industrial building in O’Fallon, Mo.
STAG GI Investment Holdings, LLC, a real estate investor group from Boston, Mass., purchased the property. NAI Brannen Goddard represented STAG.
STAG, which stands for Single Tenant Acquisition Group, is a buyer and manager of single-tenant, net-leased industrial real estate assets across the United States. The company has bought assets that range in price from $4 million to $20 million.
The tenant of the O’Fallon building, Herndon Products, will remain at the location.
