Block & Company-built pad building reaches full occupancy in Missouri

A newly built retail pad building in the Summit Fair Shopping Center in Lee’s Summit, Mo., has reached 100-percent occupancy, according to Kansas City-based Block & Company, Inc., Realtors.

The recent additoin of a T-Mobile outlet brought the center to its full occupancy level. T-Mobile joins Noodles & Company and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in the 7,000-square-foot building.

David Block and Becky Goodman of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the leasing for the building on behalf of the landlord, Summit Northridge LLC. Block & Company Construction was responsible for the construction management of the building.

Block & Company is currently constructing an 8,000-square-foot retail building adjacent to this site in the Summit Fair Shopping Center.
