McKinley takes over receivership of 504-unit Ohio apartment community

Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley Client Services has earned appointment as the receiver for an apartment community in Ohio.
The company is now serving as receiver of Riviera Maia Apartments, a 504-unit apartment community located in Toledo, Ohio.
