Cincinatti office of Cassidy Turley busy on industrial front

The economy may still be dismal, and the commercial real estate business may still be sluggish, but the country’s top real estate companies are still doing business. Such is the case with the Cincinnati office of Cassidy Turley, which recorded several recent industrial transactions.

McGraw Kokosing purchased 232,000 square feet of manufacturing/distribution space in Monroe, Ohio, from Clark Western for $2.2 million. Jeff Bender of Cassidy Turley and Daniel Knudson of Daum Commercial represented Clark Western. Bender also represented McGraw Kokosing in the transaction.

Bender also represented Cabot Properties in the lease renewal of 146,000 square feet of industrial space in Hebron, Ken., valued at $2.8 million to Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc.

Camco Chemicals leased 268,525 square feet of industrial space in Florence, Ken., from Long Ridge Industrial Portfolio for $2.7 million. Bender represented the lessor in the transaction.

American Tire Distributors leased the 299,600-square-foot Interstate Commerce Center I building located in West Chester, Ohio. The 10-year lease is valued at $3 million. Bender and Michael Tatum from Jackson Cooksey represented the tenant.
