Three companies sign deals to fill 80,000 square feet at warehouse in Kansas City

Three companies have signed deals combining for more than 80,000 square feet of warehouse space at Mid-Town Park in Kansas City.
KC Store Fixtures has leased 70,000 square feet, while Hodes & Sutter, Inc. and Belfonte Ice Cream and Dairy Co. each signed deals for 7,200 square feet.
Mark Long and John Green of Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C. represented the landlord in each of the transactions. Wally Bredemeier, of Victor Ross & Co., represented Belfonte Ice Cream and Dairy Co.
