Signature Associates negotiates 32,000-square-foot lease in Michigan

Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the lease of 32,637 square feet of hi-tech space located in Rochester Hills, Mich.
Kris Pawlowski of Signature Associates represented the tenant, Customized Manufacturing & Assembly Inc. The company manufactures and assembles high-quality low-volume products for both automotive and non-automotive customers. It is mostly interior and exterior trims for OEM’s tier I and tier II suppliers.
The building is owned by First Industrial Realty Trust.
