Lee & Associates completes 5-year lease on behalf of ProLogis

Lee & Associates has completed a 5-year lease for a 304,800-square-foot industrial building located at 1365 Mitchell Blvd. in Schaumburg.
The exact value of the lease was not disclosed. 
Jim Planey and Jeff Janda, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC, represented the landlord, ProLogis, a global provider of distribution facilities with more than 475 million square feet of industrial space in markets across North America, Europe and Asia. The tenant, JIT Packaging, a Bartlett-based company specializing in office products for packaging and shipping, boxes and packaging services, was represented by Frank Griffin and Dominic Carbonari of Jones Lang LaSalle.
