Lee & Associates completes 28,000-square-foot lease in Michigan

Lee & Associates of Michigan recently completed the lease of 28,000 square feet of office space at 300 Galleria Officentre in Southfield, Mich.
The property, owned by Nemer Property Group, was leased by an information technology company for its optimal location and favorable lease terms.
John Khami, a senior associate with Lee & Associates, represented the information technology company in this transaction.
