HSA Commercial Real Estate has represented the buyer in the recent acquisition of a 75,475-square-foot industrial facility at 9522 Winona Ave., in Schiller Park.

The buyer, a private investor group, was represented by Tim Thompson, executive vice president and managing director of HSA Commercial’s Industrial Services division, and Brad Borkowski, associate, Industrial Services. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, also a private investor group, in the transaction.
