Titan Commercial helps home health company lease space in Chicago suburbs

Chicago-based Titan Commercial in August completed a lease for 9,620 square feet in Lombard, Ill. Ben Rosenfield, principal of Titan Commercial, represented the tenant, Health Resource Solutions, in its relocation and helped facilitate the transaction with landlord StoneCreek Properties. Cawley Chicago Commercial represented StoneCreek.
Health Resource Solutions executed a primary term of 10 years.
