Dobbins Group adds veteran to its Chicago headquarters

The Dobbins Group, a firm with offices in downtown Chicago and Lake Forest, Ill, and specializing in architecture, interior design and construction, recently named Jenna Nelson as its director of interiors.
With more than 15 years of design and project management experience, Nelson, a LEED Accredited Professional ,plays an integral role in all phases of interior projects at The Dobbins Group. Her responsibilities include overseeing the interiors group, developing a larger Chicago presence in the interior design industry and producing award-winning designs.
Current projects include the Focus Products Corporate Interior Project, 24,000 square feet; Meritas Family of Schools, corporate headquarters, 12,000 feet; Meridian Compensation partners, corporate interior project, 12,000 square feet; and Incredible Technologies, corporate headquarters, 75,000 square feet; and NBOME, corporate interior project, 14,000 square feet.
Formerly vice president of strategic planning services at Grubb and Ellis and a designer/project manager at Whitney Architects for nine years, Nelson has worked on numerous projects.
