Zimmer helps university hospital expand lease in Kansas City

The University of Kansas Hospital Authority as part of its strategic plan to relocate non-clinical functions out of the hospital recently expanded its lease in the Broadmoor Place Office Building in Kansas City by 9,249 square feet.
The additional space will allow the hospital to accommodate its medical records division.
Ellen Darling of Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services represented the University of Kansas Hospital Authority. Block Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
