Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of 11,340 square feet of industrial space located in Troy, Mich.

Joe Banyai and Kris Pawlowski of Signature Associates represented the seller, Dan Homrich. The purchaser is Rita Dunker LLC.
