Waliewski completed a 5,636 square foot lease to Morgan / Harbour Construction. The full-service design/build general contractor and construction manager chose to remain at the location due to the property’s location and amenities. The space was built-out to accommodate the firm and features a state-of-the-art conference room, executive offices and open work stations. Waliewski represented ownership in the lease negotiations and Morgan / Harbour Construction was self-represented.
Located within Internationale Centre, situated just south of the full interchange of Joliet Road and Interstate 55, Woodridge Commerce Centre is comprised of three new, state-of-the-art, multi-tenant industrial/flex/office facilities with spaces ranging from 2,400 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Each building features 18’ to 20’ clear ceiling heights, office space available to-suit, high-speed internet capabilities, and is equipped with complete sprinkler systems. Units include individual truck docks or grade-level drive-in doors. Woodridge Commerce Centre is ideally suited for small industrial, tech and light office users. Morgan / Harbour Construction was the general contractor for the complex.
