Lee & Associates has announced multiple industrial transactions

Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC has announced four recent industrial transactions in the Chicago area.

ProDance Elite, Inc. has leased 5,420 square feet of industrial space located at 2652 Corporate Parkway in Algonquin.  Steve Bass and Nick Eboli, both senior associates, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, Rothbart Realty/Construction, in the transaction.

Mike Plumb, vice president, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented United Delivery Service in the leasing of 46,564 square feet of industrial space located at 700 Rohlwing Road in Itasca.  Brian Colson and Eric Fischer at NAI Hiffman represented building ownership, AMB, in the transaction.

John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both Principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented Touchpoint Logistics in the leasing of 100,060 square feet of warehouse space located at 4001 Rock Creek Boulevard in Joliet.  Mike Fonda, Hugh Williams and Brian Kelly of Avison Young represented building ownership, IDI, in the transaction.

A.G. Transportation Inc. has leased a 13,012 square feet industrial building located at 34 Official Road in Addison.  Nick Eboli, Senior Associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, Edgewood Construction, in the transaction.

Direct Metals has purchased a 46,156-square-foot industrial building located at 3380 Grand Avenue in Waukegan.  Terry O’Hara, Senior Vice President, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership and Ryan Kehoe and Mike Bacik of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer in the transaction.
