Kiser Group completes multifamily portfolio sale

Kiser Group has closed 72 individual mortgage loans secured by 58 properties in the Chicago area comprising more than 1,300 multi-family rental units.
The firm marketed the portfolio on behalf of RBS Citizens, NA, dba as Charter One Bank.
There were 12 separate buyers involved in these transactions. Kiser Group marketed, sold and closed all the notes in 78 days, culminating in the last closing on July 9, 2010.
