McKinley handles multi-family disposition in Detroit

Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley recently handled the disposition of Fullerton Manor, a 42-unit apartment community in Detroit. McKinley had managed the multi-family community since January.
“We appreciated the opportunity to be involved in the repositioning of this asset on behalf of our valued client,” said Albert Berriz, chief executive officer of McKinley.
