1535 LLC, doing business as Neu Tool and Supply, recently purchased the 57,000-square-foot former Process Displays Inc. property. The building, located in New Berlin, Wis., was owned by James and Arlene Coffey.
Neu Tool and Supply will operate its quickly growing tool, equipment and auto body supply wholesale distribution business from the New Berlin Industrial Park facility. Neu Tool will not relocate to the building until after Process Displays Inc. has moved to its newly constructed 136,000-square-foot headquarters in New Berlin.
Kevin Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Neu Tool and Supply in the transaction and Sam Dickman, Jr. from The Dickman Company, Inc. represented the seller.
Cassidy Turley Barry is now marketing Neu Tool’s 23,000-square-foot West Allis, Wis., facility just off Inerstate-94 for sale.
