NAI DESCO helps daycare provider purchase Missouri site

David Gannon of St. Louis-based NAI DESCO recently represented the purchaser, Beth Holdings, LLC, in the sale of 1.25 acres of land known as Lot 4A  in O’Fallon, Mo.

Beth Holdings purchased the property from Keaton Corporate Park, LLC. The company plans to build a daycare center, Beth Academy, at the site.
