Friedman leases 6,000 square feet of industrial space in Michigan

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 6,250 square feet of industrial space in Oxford, Mich.

The Landlord, M.D. Realty, LLC IV, leased the space to Poseiden, LLC.  Poseiden is a machinery re-builder who specializes in material handling and printing machines.

Senior vice president Phil Konopitski of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
