Wisconsin’s Dufek Realty handles two sales in Milwaukee area

Milwaukee’s Dufek Realty LLC recently completed a pair of office transactions in the Milwaukee area.
The company facilitated the sale of a 20,000-square-foot building sitting on 1.3 acres from 2601 Investments LLC to Marquette University. The sales price for the deal hit $982,750. The transaction closed in early June.
Dufek Realty also helped Hansen Storage Co. sell a 72,686-square-foot building on 7.3 acres in Franklin, Wis. Dash Medical Gloves purchased the building for $3.7 million.
