Cenveo, a printing company based in Stamford, Conn., recently signed a 10-year lease for 220,000 square feet of industrial space at the former Visteon facility in Eureka, Mo.
CB Richard Ellis vice president Bob Staniforth is the exclusive leasing agent for the Workman Court building, which will now be fully occupied upon Cenveo’s move-in. This move is scheduled for the fall of 2010.
“Ownership and Cenveo both worked very diligently to get this transaction completed in one of the most difficult industrial markets we’ve seen in decades,” Staniforth said. “We’re very excited to have a state-of-the-art national printing company as a tenant in this state-of-the-art industrial facility.”
Cenveo employs about 200 people in the St. Louis area. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Cenveo in the transaction.
