Morgan Realty Partners secures multiple leases

Bill Waliewski, senior vice president of Morgan Realty Partners, has announced the completion of two industrial lease renewals within the Karlyn Building located at 231-251 S. Frontage Road in Burr Ridge, Ill. The property is owned by Karlyn Building Joint Venture, LLC.

In the first transaction, Waliewski completed a 2,013-square-foot industrial lease renewal to Hoveround. The firm provides the sales of personal mobility equipment nationwide and cited the property’s proximity to the highways as the reason for remaining at this location. The second lease renewal was signed by Sentry Therapy Systems, specializing in the sales of physical therapy and exercise equipment. The firm renewed its 1,859-square-foot space due to the property’s convenient location. Waliewski represented ownership in both transactions and the tenants were self-represented.

The Karlyn Building is an 86,6220-square-foot facility conveniently located near the four-way interchange of Interstate 55 and Route 83. The property features mature, professional landscaping and visibility from Interstate 55.
